After closing its doors to visitors on June 15, the Plauen municipal pool will now reopen on August 5. Sauna guests will have to wait until September 2. The outdoor pools in Preißelpöhl and Haselbrunn are expected to remain open until September.
During the inspection in the municipal pool, the ventilation systems, the water technology, the chlorine gas system and the ceiling sail in the sports pool were serviced, among other things. The shower facilities and sauna technology were also checked, as was the steel structure in the sports pool.
Damage to the tiles in the various areas of the municipal pool was repaired. Showers and toilets were given new partition walls and the sauna cabins were refurbished. All areas of the building were also thoroughly cleaned.
Admission prices have not increased compared to the previous year.
Opening hours Stadtbad:
Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, public holidays: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
